The Traveling Murphys are committed to fashioning the old-time feel you are seeking to create with your festival or function, be it 1700's, Civil War, Regency, Victorian, Edwardian, 1920's, '30's, '40's, or '50's we will costume to the appropriate era and delight your occasion with music of the time. We have played many period - themed festivals such as the Sam Houston Folk Festival, the Spindletop Reunion, and Live Oaks/ Dead Folks Festival, Chambers House Picnic, and Bayou Bend Family Festival, all of which require costuming and music of the period.
